I got final official report from App Store engineering team. It was sooner than I expected. So I report this.
Currently, there was no troubles of downloading apps and add-ons worldwide.

I’m grateful to all the people who investigate and support for a great deal.

And I’ve got additional detailed report yesterday. They say that there was no troubles of downloading apps and add-ons for a period of January 23 – 29 in this report.
However I still believe that there was troubles of it, if I think all around phenomenons and extremely unnatural situation .

So already I suggested the substance they should work on for future reference.
And I’ve got a reply that they take above suggestions into account and they made great efforts to download and purchase them by users with an easy mind.

Thank you for all people who worry about this issue. All are gone.

予想よりも早くApp Storeのエンジニアリング担当より、現在すべての地域においてアプリとアプリ内購入のダウンロードが正常にできているという、正式な回答を得ましたので、ここにお知らせいたします。

そして詳細な調査にあたられた方々とサポートチームに深く感謝を申し上げます。

なお、App Storeのエンジニアリング担当より、１月後半の件に関してはダウンロードに関するトラブルはなかったとの調査結果が後日報告されました。
しかしこちらではそのように認識しておりません。前後のあらゆる事象と今回の極めて不自然な状況を考慮すると、なんらかの問題が発生していた可能性が濃いと考えております。

その上で、このようなことがないように、取り組むべき内容をすでに提示しております。
そして、それらを参考にした上で、今後とも安心してご利用できるよう、努めていく旨の返事をいただいております。
