GarageBand Workflow Example (Overview)

0. Set the screen for recording PET Bottling.

1. GarageBand basically doesn’t play any sound in the background. At first, export your song to Voice Memos app.
2. Play the exported sound by Voice Memos.
3. Record with PET Bottling while listening to the playback sound.
4. Save the recorded wav file in Files app (in iCloud Drive).
5. Tap Loop button on the top right of GarageBand. Choose “Files” and Tap “Browse items from the Files app”.
6. When the file you want is in the list, long press it and drag to the track. If you drag to an empty space, a new track will be created automatically.
7. Drag it to where you want it. And remove unnecessary sound.

   If you want it to sound like PET Bottling, do the following.

8. Tap Settings button at the top right of GarageBand and select Track Controls.
9. Tap PLUG-INS & EQ. Tap Edit button and tap “+” button.
10. Select AUReverb2 in Audio Unit Extensions. And set dry/wet to 10% after tapping “AUREVERB2”.
    In the same way, select AUPeakLimiter in Audio Unit Extensions. And set pre gain to 3dB after tapping “AUPEAKLIMITER”.
